CREDIT ONLY GIVEN FOR SPECIAL CANCELLATIONS
(Only from fire evacuation or restricted travel)
Reservation Deposit is only refundable within 48 hours of booking or Rental Credit only given.
Full Rental amounts are due within 30 days of departure dates and total amounts non refundable & credits only considered by SPECIAL CANCELLATION.
Reservation Deposit is only refundable within 48 hours of booking With admin fee of $35 then Rental Credit only given, less CC fees.
If a refund has been approved by administration after 48 hours for a full cancellation a $100 admin fee and less Credit Card Processing fees will be applied.
Full Rental amounts are due within 30 days of departure dates and total amounts are not refundable.
ONLY CREDITS GIVEN FOR SPECIAL CANCELLATIONS(fire evacuation or restricted travel) Less then 21 DAYS OF RENTAL a credit only will be given less 30% of rental portion fee deducted, less then 14 days 45% rental portion fee deducted with credit of balance, less then 7 days 60% rental portion fee deducted with credit of balance, as well as less all CC fees and taxes.
By making your reservation with any deposit paid, you have agreed to these policies and terms

*Pet Fees - Specific older units allowed smaller dog only in crates, with $75 Pet Fee (NO CATS), or $125 out of crate.

*Clean wipe fees are fees for just a wipe check through, any dirty unit is billed $75/hr, non cleaned fridge & toilet is billed min. $50.

DO NOT PUT FOOD OR ANY PAPER TOWELS OR OTHER WASTES INTO TOILET. USE 1-PLY TOILET PAPER ONLY. NO FOOD IN SINKS DRAINS.
*Self tow MAX TRAVEL SPEED 90KPH
(REQUIRE 7 PIN PLUG WITH BRAKE MODULE)
Motorhomes MAX SPEED 100KPH / RPM 3000 especially on hills.
*Insurance is mandatory on Self tow and Motorhomes
*Delivery Services Is an outside service that we can try help set up for you.
Inventory - if Required Choose the Ad-On
Basic Inventory Ad-On… Plastic: 6-8 pcs. plates, cups, bowls. 2 mugs, 6-8 setting cutlery, 4 steak knives, 2 knives, pairing knife, cutting board, spatula, big spoon 2 pots & 2 pans, stove kettle & electric kettle, coffee maker & coffee press, toaster, can opener, grater, peeler, strainer, cork screw, salad bowl, platter, juice pitcher, 1 main bed covering. convenience Pak: broom, mop, bucket, dish cloth, dish soap, dish rack, roll toilet paper. Water hose, water pressure regulator, sewer hose with sealing elbow, 2 wheels chucks, 30 amp converter to 15 amp. MUST BE ALL RETURNED, CLEANED & NO DAMAGES

We accept: Cash, Online Interac, Paypal* or Credit cards* (*4% fees will apply)
Delivery, set-up & pick-up charges apply unless personally taken with your own vehicle.
Self-tow must have Roadstar Plus coverages plus $0.10/km travel wear fee applies. mostly to keep local but also for actual user travel wear use.
(No proof of full coverage or out of province driver Rental Vehicle base coverage rates $30 per day apply)
$25 prep-fee applies for self tow and if any of our time spent at all to prepare you or for orientation required fee is $40.
Drivers self towing any trailer are to travel at 80/kph and not to exceed speeds of 90 kph
Rental pickup/delivery times are 2-5 p.m. or after and drop off/pickup is before 11 am. or specific scheduled times*
Delivery services will pickup according to distance away and usually be by 9-9:30 am
Maximum 1 Family Allowed Per Unit
Cleaning charges of min $75/hr if not fully clean plus $25 fridge or $25 toilet clean plus any additional cleaning charges based by condition at completion of rental including outside.
Late returns or wanting earlier are charged $15/hr on trailer unit $30/hr on motorhome or double rate if late in another booked rental period.
USE of Awning, vents and AC or other components:
*DO NOT USE AWNING* Without Authorization and additional Damage Deposit
Awning use not allowed, Unless requested with additional $1500 DD paid, you MUST USE awnings safely, carefully and properly or DO NOT USE. Be sure to lower one side slightly for rain to allow drainage, and put down awning, anytime away, during the night and during any wind at all to prevent damage. Ensure that awnings are raised high enough so that the entry doors do not rub, or tearing can occur.

If unsure how to operate awning or any item please don’t use, as renter is fully responsible and all Damage charges and replacement costs will apply.
RV air conditioning (if equipped) is not designed for use over extended periods of time. They can ice up if left on for too long, especially if set too cold or if doors and windows are left open. Turn the A/C off if you plan to be out of the unit for any length of time.
If icing occurs, you will notice very little airflow from the vents and a lack of cooling. Should this happen, turn the A/C off for 2-3 hours minimum to thaw out
Repairs that are unauthorized and poorly done may be rejected and have to be done over again at extra costs.
** May substitute units at our discretion
** NO GRAVEL/OFF ROADS (Unless prior discussed with additional fees for extra wear & specific units only
Dogs only allowed by our discretion and only specific units with $75 Pet fees in crate or $125 on floor, additional clean fees may apply
Units come equipped with utensils and basic cooking and eating supplies (must request for additional or other required things)
ADDITIONAL CHARGEABLE FEES & REGULATIONS ON OUR RENTALS
non-refundable reservation deposit required to get specific unit booked and minimal 3 day rental costs (Specific time & unit is held and rental income may be at loss if cancelled)
Aug Long weekends have additional surcharge added to listed prices and minimal weekly rental rates
Renter self towing must be 25 or older and abide to Rental restrictions and requirements and fully responsible for any and all damages
Units must be cleaned inside and out including all waste/sewer before return or cleaning charges apply and all fuel/propane filled (or FEES: $50 Sani dump, propane, + fuel cost)
Cleaning charges of min $75 if not fully clean plus additional $25 fridge clean & any additional fees/charges/costs etc. of condition, will be billed upon return and completion of rental
You agree to be responsible for all damages caused by abuse/neglect from anyone and any repairs require preauthorization
Minimal Damage charges are $300 on any unit that incurs any damages or items missing at all due by the Deposit, Credit Card or cash payment
Bedding, Bath, Kitchen Linens not included for hygiene purposes, basic cooking, eating supplies, kettle, coffee perc and utensils are supplied
Other requirements and requests may be made and/or discussed. ie; hitch, spare battery, portable bbq, additional items, etc…
BOAT Self Rental:
· Renter must be 25 or older and abide to Rental restrictions and requirements and fully responsible for any and all damages
Self rental must have Boat Licence and understand proper boating practices and be responsible mature people only.
$1500 Damage Deposit by signed *CC authorization (or Cash if no CC)
· Units must be cleaned inside & out or cleaning charges apply
· Cleaning charges of min $75 if not fully clean &any fees/charges/costs etc. will be billed upon return and completion of rental
· You agree to be responsible for all damages caused by abuse/neglect from anyone and any repairs require preauthorization
· Minimal Damage charges are $300 on anything that incurs any damages at all. due by Credit Card authority, deposit or cash payment
· Police reports must be filled out in case of accidents and copy to us, as well as any damages and all costs at renter/users cost
· NO SMOKIING INSIDE UNIT, renter and guests or any other party
· RENTAL RESTRICTED TO Kalamalka/Woods or Okanagan Lakes ONLY

Self rental delivery and pickup fees are $50 within 50km radius of Kelowna
Rental driver must have Boating License to have understanding of boating practices and experience boating
Self Renter must obtain personal rental boat insurance coverage
Self Towing boat - must have full Road star coverage or obtain liability and insurance coverage for tow items
